About Me

Originally from Australia, I've been living in France since July 2023. My journey into the world of data is rather unique. I began my career in 2009 as an automotive mechanic, fixing cars and solving mechanical problems. However, I soon realised my knack for problem-solving could be applied to more than just fixing cars.

In 2016 I completed my Bachelor of Business and transitioned into the corporate world, where I gained diverse experience in sales, supply chain, strategic planning, and even recruitment. These roles provided me with a broad perspective on various aspects of business. However, my true passion emerged when I moved into data-focused roles and discovered the immense power of data analytics.

Today, I proudly call myself a data analyst with skills and experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python. I hold certifications as a Microsoft Certified Excel Expert, Microsoft Certified Power BI Associate, and Microsoft Certified Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate. I have also completed a Masters in Business Analytics, which has further deepened my understanding of data-driven decision-making.

PowerBI Dashboard Development

I'm proficient in Power BI, and am a Microsoft Certified Power BI Associate. My skills encompass crafting dynamic and insightful visualisations, developing interactive dashboards, and utilising DAX to extract meaningful insights from data.

Microsoft Excel Report Development

I have extensive experience using Excel and hold a Microsoft Certified Excel Expert certification. My abilities include proficiently handling data, creating complex spreadsheets, and using advanced functions to analyse and present information effectively.

SQL Database

I'm well-versed in SQL queries, with the ability to efficiently manage and analyse data. I'm proficient in extracting, transforming, and analysing data in SQL Server Managment Studio and PostgreSQL.
